Mrs. Weissenberger

Dear Vejar Families,

I am so excited to introduce myself! My name is Frances Weissenberger, and I have the pleasure of serving as Vejar Elementary School's Interim Principal through Winter Break while Dr. Kosloski is on maternity leave.

A little about me—I am a retired elementary school principal and previously served in Walnut Valley Unified School District as the principal of Quail Summit Elementary School. Walnut Valley holds a special place in my heart, and I am thrilled to be back in the district and, especially, back on an elementary school campus! There is something truly special about the energy, excitement, and joy that children bring to a school each day.

As I step into this role, my number one priority is to support our wonderful teachers and staff as they support your children in their learning, growth, and success. I believe that strong relationships and a caring school community are at the heart of a positive educational experience.

Although my time at Vejar will be relatively short, I look forward to getting to know our students, families, and staff. I have already heard so many wonderful things about the Vejar community, and I am excited to experience firsthand what makes this school so special.

Please know I value the partnership between home and school and look forward to working together to make these next few months positive, productive, and memorable for our students.

Thank you for welcoming me into the Vejar family. I am truly happy to be here!

Warmly,
Frances Weissenberger
Interim Principal
Vejar Elementary School
