Ms. Chavez

Hello!

My name is Raquel Chavez and I am so excited to be a part of the Vejar Elementary family! This is my first year at this site, but my third year as a teacher. I graduated from California State University Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies, along with my teaching credential. I am thrilled for the opportunity to work with the students of Scholar Studio! 

In my free time, I am spending quality time with my fiancée and our two kids. I love coffee and enjoy trying different cafes. I enjoy going to Disneyland, working out, and cooking!
