Jen Hernandez
Hello,
My name is Jen Hernandez, and I am excited to be joining Vejar Elementary as the Intervention Teacher.
This will be my 11th year teaching. I have taught a variety of elementary grades and have taught in Los Angeles, and even in Singapore. I obtained both my B.A. in Psychology and my M.A. in Education at UCLA. I also obtained my Reading and Literacy Added Authorization. I love teaching all subjects, especially reading. I enjoy traveling, baking, and family walks with my husband and dog Sadie.
I look forward to this upcoming school year and meeting and working with students, staff, and families!
