Ms. Mitchell
Thank you so much for visiting my page. My name is Ms. Mitchell and I am so excited to be your child's third grade teacher this year. This will be my sixth year teaching at Vejar Elementary. I previously taught first grade for three years and this will be my third year teaching third grade. I have my Bachelors degree in Elementary Education from Biola University, and my Masters Degree in Education Leadership: Social Emotional Learning, Character, and Ethics from Concordia University Irvine.
I love teaching third grade and am passionate about helping students foster independence and a life long love of learning. When I am not teaching I love to cook and bake, play with my dogs, and be the fun auntie to all my nieces and nephew. I look forward to partnering with you this year in your child's education!
